After the Franchise Agreement is signed and the fee is paid, you will be working with your Franchise Development Representative on getting started on setting up your business and your training schedule.
The first phase of the training will provide a step by step start up plan with time frames for completion. You will enjoy both classroom and on site training. Some of the subjects included will be:
- Your Mastercare Franchise
- Business Resources
- Office Design and Set Up
- Hiring (In-house and field staff)
- Marketing and Sales
- The Client
- Payroll and Accounts Receivable
- Non-medical care services
